1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Carat & Kanvas ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Carat & Kanvas is a subscription-based SaaS platform that generates AI-powered daily gold rate cards and delivers them to jewellery shops via WhatsApp. The service is operated from 18/17/19, T S R Big Street, Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu – 612001, India.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial period. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.

5. Subscription and Payments

The Service is available per shop on the following billing cycles:

• Monthly — ₹449/month
• Half-Yearly — ₹2,399 every 6 months (₹400/month, save 11%)
• Yearly — ₹4,299 per year (₹358/month, save 20%)

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Half-yearly and yearly plans are billed upfront for the full cycle and are non-refundable for the remaining period once a cycle has started, in line with our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will apply from the subscriber's next renewal.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Submit false or misleading gold/silver rate information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and technology within Carat & Kanvas are the property of the operator. Generated rate card images are your property and may be used freely for your business. You retain ownership of your shop logo and data.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary outages, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu.
