Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during this period. You can cancel at any time during the trial without any charge.

Subscription Payments

Carat & Kanvas is a monthly subscription service priced at ₹449 per month per shop. Payments are charged at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. Once payment is processed for a billing cycle, that payment is final and non-refundable regardless of usage.

We strongly encourage you to use the 7-day free trial to evaluate the Service before subscribing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent months
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation before deletion

Service Disruption

In the rare event of a significant service disruption lasting more than 72 consecutive hours caused solely by our systems, we may at our discretion offer a pro-rated credit for the affected period. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
